Obituary
Ann K. Anderson, age 91, of Maple Lake, MN died Saturday, October 16, 2004 at the Annandale Care Center where she has been a resident the past six months.
Funeral Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, Annandale, MN with Leo Volkmann speaking. Burial will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in Tony Cemetery, Tony, WI. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to services at the Kingdom Hall.
Ann Katherine Anderson was born September 4, 1913 at Ladysmith, WI to Amzi A. and Mary (Wilson) Hadden. Ann graduated from Ladysmith High School, Ladysmith, WI in 1931 and from Rusk County Normal School the following year. She married Arthur Anderson July 17, 1932 and he preceded her in death on March 4, 1986. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking, baking, & sewing. She enjoyed playing card games and scrabble with her grandchildren and her friends. Ann was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses. She had lived in Tony & Brookfield, WI, and Brooklyn Park, MN prior to moving to Maple Lake in 1978.
She is survived by her two children & their spouses, Nancy & J.K. Kampen of Pecatonica, IL, Bill & Marilyn Anderson of Maple Plain, 5 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, brother, Amzi, and sisters, Clara Stine, Frances McDonald, Alice Keidel, & Marie Day.
The pallbearers will be Ben & John Anderson, Mari & Jason Koski, John McDonald, and Tom Nimmo. The arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
