Theresa Nagorski, age 94, of Maple Lake, died on Christmas Day, Monday, December 25, 2017 at Lake Ridge Care Center in Buffalo.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 30, 2017 at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake with Fr. John Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Timothy Catholic Cemetery in Maple Lake. Visitation will take place 4-7 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday, both at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Maple Lake. A prayer service will be led by Deacon Ron Freeman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Theresa Ida Nagorski was born in Victoria, Minnesota to Leonard Williams and Dena (Bruns) Williams. She grew up in Vicotoria until age 6, when the family moved to Maple Lake. Theresa married Philip Nagorski on August 29, 1944 at St. Timothy Catholic Church in Maple Lake. They lived their entire lives in Maple Lake where they were blessed with four children. In addition to being a homemaker, Theresa worked at the Maple Lake Bakery and at the H & H Cafe. She was a member of St. Timothy Catholic Church for 88 years and the Catholic Order of Foresters for over 50 years. Theresa enjoyed sewing, quilting, playing cards, gardening, canning and cooking. Family was the most important part of her life. She loved to care for her husband and family.

She is survived by her children Deanna (Roy) Provo, Philip (Sandra) Nagorski and William (Christa) Nagorski; 8 grandchildren Tammy Friederichs, Jennifer Hovland, Becky Moldenhauer, Connie Drake, Kristen Hoyne, Chad Nagorski, Andrew Nagorski and Laura Miller; 14 great grandchildren; sisters Rosemary Schlagel and Ida Van Lith; and brother Leonard (Marilyn) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Dena Williams; husband Philip Nagorski; infant daughter Mary Nagorski; sister Germaine Williams; and brother Alvin Williams.

Theresa's grandchildren will serve as casket bearers. Sarah Goelz and Anne Pribyl will provide the music for the service. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Maple Lake.
