Stanley A. “Stan” Stay, age 74, of Annandale, died Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at the Annandale Care Center.
Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Pleasant View Cemetery, Annandale with Deacon Ron Freeman officiating.
Stanley Alan Stay was born on July 18, 1943 in Minneapolis to Stanley E. and Mildred H. (Olson) Stay. Stan was raised in Minneapolis where he attended Central High School. After high school, Stan became a CNC machinist and worked at various manufacturing plants in the Twin Cities area. On January 16, 2004 he was united in marriage to Lynnea M. Erpelding in Las Vegas. He lived in South Haven for over 30 years prior to moving to Centennial Villa in 2017. In his free time Stan enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and the occasional trip to the casino where he loved playing the red white & blue slot machines.
Stan is survived by his wife Lynnea of Annandale; brother Ronald and his friend Myrna of Riverton. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother Dennis and sister Alma Javes.
