Richard E. Wisner, age 56, of 630 Morrison Ave. S., Annandale died Thursday, February 23, 2006 at his residence.
Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. with Funeral Services held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, February 26, 2006 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Fr. Victor Valencia officiating. Interment services with Military Honors will be held 10:45 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2006 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis with Fr. Tom Hunstinger officiating.
Richard Edward Wisner was born August 1, 1949 in Minneapolis to Norman and Eileen (Driscoll) Wisner. In 1967 he graduated from DeLaSalle High School, Minneapolis and then served in the U.S. Navy during the Viet Nam War. Rick was a sales representative for Ed Phillips & Sons Wholesale Liquor from 1977-1980, from 1980-1982 he & his wife operated Ellis` Steak House, Annandale, since then he was a salesman, selling windows & siding, then Recreational Vehicles, and most recently furniture. He was a former member of the Annandale Lions Club and was an avid golfer.
He is survived his former wife, Sarah Hillsdale of South Haven; children, Justin, Jessica, Angela, & Brandon, all of Annandale; granddaughter, Caylee; brothers, Timothy of Brooklyn Park & Thomas of Andover; also many nieces and nephews. His parents and sisters, Nancy & Laurie preceded him in death.
The pallbearers will be Sean, Ryan, & Mollie Wisner, Sarah Ebaugh-Perkowski, Stephen Hlivka, and Steve Ebaugh. The arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
