Patricia Ann Jansky

Patricia A. Jansky, age 66, of Fairhaven, died on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Hilltop Care Center in Watkins surrounded by her family.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday April 17, 2018 at St. Anne Catholic Church in Kimball with Fr. Thomas Olson and Fr. James Statz Celebrating the Mass. Burial will follow at St. Anne Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. on Monday at Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Kimball and one hour prior to the funeral on Tuesday at the church.

Patricia Ann Jansky was born May 2, 1951 in St. Cloud to Marvin and Bernice (Orth) Kalusche. She grew up in St. Cloud and graduated from Tech High School with the Class of 1969. Pat was united in marraige to David Jansky at St. Anthony Catholic Church in St. Cloud on September 1, 1973. They rented farms in Royalton and Maine Prairie, prior to purchasing their current farm in Fairhaven in 1975. Together, they farmed the land, raised Black Angus Cattle and raised four sons.

Pat was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. She taught Religious Education at St. Anne to students preparing for their First Communion. Pat was a Wrestling fanatic who enjoyed her time in the early days of the Kimball Youth Wrestling Program. She took great pride in her Black Angus Cattle and in her family. She enjoyed being outdoors and watching wildlife. Pat loved her time with family; hanging out at the farm with her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, mom, sons and husband was the best way that she knew how to spend a weekend.

Pat is survived by her husband David of South Haven; sons Travess (Stacy) of St. Cloud, Chadwick (BobbiJo) of South Haven, Christopher of Kimball and Ryan (Krissy) Jansky of Kimball; mother Bernice Kalusche of St. Cloud; eight grandchildren Austin, Tyler, Lucas, Brandon, Alaina, Jacob, Maximus and Madison; brothers Thomas (Mary Jane) Kalusche of St. Cloud and Michael (Kristy) Kalusche of Morril; sister Mary Kay (Louie) Winskowski of Sauk Rapids; and brother-in-law Steve Stachowski of Fergus Falls. She is preceded in death by her father Marvin Kalusche and sister Diane Stachowski.

The casket bearers will be Thomas and Michael Kalusche, Justin Hollenkamp, Jay, Joe and Stephen Stachowski. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Kimball.
