Mary Catherine (Freiberg) Bouchard

Mary C. Bouchard, age 76, of Blaine, formerly of Annandale, died Monday, August 5, 2019 at her home under the care of hospice

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Deacon Ron Freeman officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Annandale. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Thursday. Memorials are preferred to Autism Speaks.

Mary Catherine Bouchard was born April 13, 1943 in Buffalo, Minnesota to Awalt and Theresa (McAlpine) Freiberg. Mary grew up in Annandale with her large family and graduated from Annandale High School in 1962. She furthered her education at the St. Cloud Beauty College. On November 28, 1969 she was united in marriage to Duane "Dude" Bouchard in Annandale. She owned and operated the French Flair salon for 25 years, retiring in 1995. Mary loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed having a good time, traveling and furniture shopping.

Mary is survived by her children, Katie (Dan) Arnold of Blaine, Mike (Addie) Bouchard of Forest Lake; step-children, Steve Nelson of Brooklyn Park, John (Susan) Bouchard of Grove City, and Kym (Linda) Bouchard of Baudette; 3 adoring grandchildren, Emma, Leo, & Kennedy Arnold; siblings, Walt (Debra) Freiberg of Queen Creek, Arizona, Sheila Carlson of Annandale, Pat (Denise) Freiberg of Annandale, Mike (Rosie) Freiberg of Moose Lake, Lee Freiberg (Brion Dorsher) of Annandale, Doris (John) Kroll of Monticello, Norah (Paul) Poepping of Annandale, Al Freiberg of Jessie, North Dakota, and Adam (Lisa) Freiberg of Otsego; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Mary was preceded in death by parents, Awalt & Theresa Freiberg; husband, Duane "Dude"; step-daughter, Shelly Nelson; brothers, Richard & Milo Freiberg; and sisters, Dorothy Muller and Patty Saksa.

The casket bearers will be Brad Carlson, Dan Arnold, Mike Bouchard, Dan Frieberg, Maggie Evers and David Poepping. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial and Cremation Services of Annandale.
