George Albert Patch

George A. Patch, age 63, of Annandale died on Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Annandale Care Center.

Memorial Services will be held 3 p.m. Friday, May 4, 2018 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Annandale with Rev. David Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Annandale. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service, Friday, at the church.

George Albert Patch as born February 23, 1955 in Bemidji to Bert and Alice (Berg) Patch. He grew up in the Kelliher area. On June 23, 1973, George was united in marriage to Deborah Stockman at St. Paul's United Church of Christ in Plato. They lived in the Cokato and Annandale area. George owned and operated George Patch and Son Construction where he moved houses and other buildings along with excavating, primarily across central Minnesota. One of his all time favorite things to do was make a trip to the Casino! He enjoyed going for coffee with the guys daily, deer hunting, ice fishing and puttering around the yard and his shed. Also an avid Twins, Vikings and NASCAR fan. He loved the time he spent with his wife, children and grandchildren.

George is survived by his wife Deb; son Shane (Sarah) Patch of Annandale; daughter Tanya Blair (David Wright) of Moorhead; four grandchildren Cooper, Cole and Brodye Patch and Maggie Blair; sisters and brother Bertha Johnson and Sylvia (Burtan) Tappe both of Verndale, June (Don) Allemann, Carol (Ron) Lahman, Alice Patch, Eileen Taylor and Arleen Hoffman all of International Falls, Beverly Hallstrom of Glencoe and Richard (Shirley) Patch of Currie; sister-in-law Cathy Patch of Black Duck; brother-in-law Michael (Brenda) Stockman of Plato; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Bert and Alice Patch; brothers Jens and Rudy Patch; sisters Shirley and Lila Patch; and Mother-in-law and Father-in-law Orlin and Marlys Stockman.

George's grandchildren will serve as urn bearers. Arrangements are entrusted with Dingmann Funeral Care Burial & Cremation Services of Annandale.
