Catherine Lee (Gerard) Johnson

Catherine L. Johnson, age 56, of St. Cloud, died Monday, November 19, 2018 at the St. Cloud Hospital.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 26, 2018 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale with Rev. Dave Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday, both at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, French Lake.

Catherine Lee Johnson was born August 11, 1962 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Jerome and Margaret (Lee) Gerard. Cathy grew up in south Minneapolis, where she graduated from South High School in 1980. She continued her education at the University of Minnesota. Over the years, Cathy lived in Florida, Texas, Annandale and St. Cloud. She worked at Bullwinkles Saloon in Minneapolis, The Roadhouse in Sachse, TX, Southbrook in Annandale, Starbucks in Buffalo, McDonalds in Annandale, Fleet Farm in Waite Park and Creative Memories in St. Cloud. She enjoyed horses, traveling and being with family and friends.

Cathy is survived by her children, Jeremiah Johnson of Wahpeton, ND, and Taylor Johnson of St. Cloud; siblings, Thomas (Holly) Gerard of Alexandria and Paul (Peggy) Gerard of Shakopee; significant other, Duane Jaeger; former husband, Tom Johnson; close friend, Linda Woodford; and many relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Gerard, and sisters-in-law Karen Gerard and Lee Gerard.
