Beverly Ann Kiehn, age 58, 8244 County Road 3 NW, Annandale died Monday, June 19, 2006 at her home.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 23, 2006 at St. John`s Lutheran Church, Annandale with Rev. DJ Lura officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to services at the church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Thursday. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society or St. John`s Lutheran Church.

Beverly Ann Kiehn was born August 9, 1947 in Elgin, ND to the late Rudy and Ella Ann (Weller) Dubs. In 1965 she graduated from high school in New Leipzig, ND and in 1969 she graduated from Dickinson State College after which she began teaching elementary education for Annandale School District #876. Bev married Jerome Kiehn on July 1, 1972 in St. John`s Lutheran Church. On August 27, 1987 she became the 29th Heart Transplant recipient at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis. She was a member of St. John`s Lutheran Church, St. John`s Bible Study, Christian Women`s Club, Annandale Improvement Club, Red Hat Club, Homemaker Club, & Quilt Club and she was presently serving as Secretary of Delta Kappa Gamma Society. Bev enjoyed reading, gardening, sewing, quilting, and collecting dolls.

She is survived by her husband, Jerome of Annandale; children, Bruce Kiehn & his wife Joyce of Litchfield, Becky Boyce & her husband Tony of Hugo; three grandchildren, Katlyn & John Kiehn, Lyndee Boyce; and brother, Dennis Dubs & his wife Gail of Harrisburg, PA.

The pallbearers will be Ron Remington, Bruce Bartels, Jim Olson, Ed Schmitz, Don Daniels, and Paul Iverson. Katlyn Kiehn, Lyndee Boyce, Orma Lou Jacobsma, and Mark & Ardis Nelson will provide the music for the service. The arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
