JoAnn B. Sunde, age 67, of Annandale, died Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at the J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice House in Brooklyn Park.

Memorial Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel in Annandale with Rev. Tom Heyd officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

JoAnn Barbara Sunde was born January 4, 1949 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Howard and Jeanette (Johnson) Wroge. She grew up in Excelsior, Minnesota where she graduated from high school in 1967. She then went on to graduate from Bemidji State University. JoAnn was self-employed as a bookkeeper for numerous companies throughout her working career. Most recently, she was employed at Butterfly Gardens. On April 3, 1987 she was united in marriage to Dennis C. Sunde in Chaska. In her spare time JoAnn enjoyed reading and gardening, however, her greatest enjoyment was the time she spent with her family, especially her granddaughter, Isis. She will lovingly be remembered for her kind spirit and generous giving heart.

JoAnn is survived by her husband Denny; son, Chris; granddaughter, Isis; siblings, Brad (Donna) Wroge of Chaska and Jan (Loel) Olson of Luverne; and nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Joann was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Jeanette and brother, Jed Wroge.
