Eva M. Miller, age 92, of Annandale died Wednesday, September 24, 2008 at Sunrise Cottages, Buffalo.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Zion Lutheran Church, Annandale with Rev. Thomas Queck officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Annandale. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday at the Dingmann Funeral Care Chapel, Annandale and one hour prior to services at the Church. There will be a prayer service 7 p.m. Friday.

Eva Myrtle Miller was born March 9, 1916 at Annandale to Edward J. and Josephine O. (Aronsen) Fieldseth. She married Phillip F. Miller January 4, 1936 and he preceded her in death on April 6, 1987. She was a homemaker, a member of Zion Lutheran Church, and enjoyed her grandchildren, gardening, cooking & baking.

She is survived by her four children, Jerald of Annandale, Carol Hempel of Clinton, AR, Barbara Miller of Annandale, Terri (Kenneth) Nelson of Annandale; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren. Her husband, son in law Gerald Hempel, 3 brothers, and 5 sisters preceded her in death.

The pallbearers will be David Miller, Todd Hempel, Ryan Marschel, Brian Steckler, Karen Bullert, and Heather Sanders. The honorary pallbearers will be Bob & Lisa Leinonen, Cassie & Paul Albinson, Cindy Steckler, Linda Marschel, Tara Khan, Chris Hempel, Jill Charboneau, Jayne Frazier, Ashley & Kayla Nelson. The hymns for the service will be by the congregation with Diane Johnson, organist. The arrangements were entrusted to Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
